Principal Special Assistant on Youth and Media Mobilization to the Benue State Governor, Atu Terver, has reportedly been abducted by unknown persons.
The incident became public late Tuesday after his wife raised the alarm in a social media post. She said she received a distress call from Terver, popularly known as Krayzeetee, in which he told her in a frightened voice: “I have been abducted, call mummy.”

Attempts to reach his phone afterwards were unsuccessful.
Terver, a political appointee under Governor Hyacinth Alia, recently drew public attention after dismissing one of his own aides who took part in a protest against killings in the state.
As of Wednesday morning, security agencies had yet to confirm the abduction or disclose any rescue efforts.
