Candidates seeking assistance with services provided by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board will have an opportunity to speak directly with its officials on Wednesday, October 21, as the examination body marks its Customer Service Week.
JAMB announced the exercise in a statement published on its official X account on Monday, saying officials would be available at its offices and selected outstations nationwide between 9am and 2pm.

The board said the initiative was designed to give candidates an opportunity to make enquiries, obtain guidance and raise concerns about its services without having to rely solely on its usual communication channels.
“On Wednesday, 21 October, we’re making more room for conversation,” the statement said.
JAMB explained that candidates with questions or concerns could visit the designated offices to discuss their issues directly with staff members.
“Whether you have a question, need guidance or wish to raise a concern about JAMB services, this is an opportunity to engage with our team directly,” the board added.
The examination body also advised candidates to clearly explain their enquiries and concerns during the visits to help officials understand their needs and provide appropriate assistance.
According to JAMB, the exercise forms part of its commitment to improving service delivery and strengthening communication with candidates who use its services.
“As we mark Customer Service Week, we’re reaffirming a simple commitment: to listen, respond and keep working towards a better service experience for the people we serve,” the statement said.
The board encouraged candidates who require assistance to take advantage of the opportunity, adding that it looked forward to engaging with them during the exercise.
