The Executive Chairman, Ise/Orun Local Government of Ekiti State, Hon. Ayodele Samson Bamikole, has congratulated the State Governor, His Excellency, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, on his unanimous affirmation as the consensus candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), for the forthcoming 2026 gubernatorial election in the State.
Hon. Ayodele described the development as a clear testament to Governor Oyebanji’s transparent leadership, humility and people oriented governance style, which have endeared him to the hearts of Ekiti people generally.
He noted that the Governor’s performance in critical sectors such as road infrastructure, education, human capital development, rural transformation and youth empowerment has set a new standard for purposeful governance in Ekiti State.
The Chairman reaffirmed his total loyalty and support of Ise/Orun Local Government and its people to the Governor and the APC, assuring that the Local Government will continue to stand firmly by the Governor’s visionary leadership.
He further commended all party leaders, stakeholders and members across the State for their unity of purpose and commitment to sustaining good governance and sustainable development under Governor Oyebanji’s administration.
