Benue State Governor, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia, has appointed Nigerian music legend, Innocent Ujah Idibia, popularly known as Tuface, as his Special Adviser on Entertainment and Community Outreach.
The appointment was made public on Wednesday during a courtesy visit by Tuface and his wife, Annie Idibia, to the Benue State Government House in Makurdi.

While receiving the couple, Governor Alia commended Tuface for his long-standing impact on the entertainment industry and for being a proud ambassador of Benue State.
“Your name alone brings joy. People begin to dance even before the music starts,” the Governor said. “We appreciate your support for this administration, and it’s clear you have more to offer.”
Governor Alia expressed confidence in Tuface’s ability to use his platform and experience to promote positive change across communities.
“With great pleasure, I officially appoint you as Special Adviser on Entertainment and Community Outreach,” the Governor declared.
