Several major online platforms, including United States President Donald Trump’s Truth Social network, experienced brief outages on Friday after a disruption linked to internet services company Cloudflare.
Users trying to access Truth Social and other affected platforms, such as the graphic design site Canva, saw error messages referring to Cloudflare until about 0930 GMT.

Cloudflare’s Chief Technology Officer, Dane Knecht, confirmed the incident in a post on the X platform at 0920 GMT. He said the issue was already being addressed and stressed that it was “not an attack”.
Earlier in the day, many users on X had reported difficulties accessing different websites.
Cloudflare provides a wide range of services for websites and applications, including cybersecurity, traffic management and network optimisation. The company says it handles about 20 percent of global internet traffic.
A similar Cloudflare-related outage in mid-November had taken several popular websites offline for hours.
