The Chairman of the Ibru Organisation, Olorogun Oskar Ibru, is dead. He was 67.
A statement by the family, reported by Arise News, said Ibru died after a brief illness. Details of his passing were not disclosed.

Ibru, a key figure in Nigeria’s corporate world, was one of the most prominent heirs of the Ibru dynasty. He played a major role in sustaining and expanding the conglomerate founded by his late father, Olorogun Michael Ibru.
The Ibru business empire spans shipping, oil and gas, real estate and commerce.
His death comes less than a decade after the passing of the family patriarch, Michael Ibru, in 2016.
Funeral arrangements are expected to be announced by the family.
