BIRTHDAY MESSAGE OF GRATITUDE, REFLECTION AND RENEWED COMMITMENT

This birthday is more than a celebration of another year. It is a moment of deep reflection, gratitude and renewed commitment to personal development, public service, professional excellence, responsible communication and meaningful contribution to society.

I look back with gratitude at the opportunities, experiences, relationships and responsibilities that have shaped my journey. From student leadership and political engagement to legislative communication, journalism and public affairs, every chapter has taught me valuable lessons in leadership, humility, loyalty, discipline, perseverance and service.

My commitment to building Nigeria Political News remains part of my aspiration to contribute to responsible journalism, strengthen public discourse and create a platform where issues of governance, legislation and national development can receive meaningful attention.

I wish to express my profound appreciation to my highly esteemed principal, Rt. Hon. Dr. Philip Agbese, PhD, Deputy Spokesman of the House of Representatives and Member representing Ado/Okpokwu/Ogbadibo (Enone) Federal Constituency.

I remain deeply grateful for his confidence, mentorship, guidance and the opportunities he has provided for me to learn, serve and grow within the legislative and political environment.

Serving under his leadership has strengthened my understanding of responsibility, communication, loyalty, discretion and public service. I remain committed to discharging every responsibility entrusted to me with professionalism, dedication, discipline and integrity.

I pray that Almighty Allah continues to strengthen him, increase his wisdom, protect him and his family, and grant him many more years of purposeful service to his constituents and the nation.

I respectfully acknowledge the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Tajudeen Abbas, PhD, GCON, and appreciate the opportunity to observe, learn and contribute to the democratic and legislative process under the institution he leads. President Tinubu also felicitated Speaker Abbas on his 61st birthday on 1 October 2026.

I extend my sincere appreciation to the National Assembly of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, distinguished Senators, Honourable Members, principal officers, committee leadership and the entire legislative community.

My gratitude goes to all those within the National Assembly who have, in one way or another, offered me guidance, encouragement, corrections, professional exposure and opportunities to learn.

I will be ungrateful if I fail to express my profound gratitude to the Office of the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Communications Policy, Dr. Daniel Bwala, and, in particular, to my profound brother and dear friend, Julius Jamie Adebayo, popularly known as JayJay.

My gratitude goes beyond what words can adequately convey. I sincerely appreciate the kindness, encouragement, access and goodwill extended to me. May Almighty Allah continue to reward you and strengthen the work you do in service to our nation.

I also wish to express my deep honour and gratitude to the Office of the House Spokesman, Hon. Akintunde Rotimi Jr., Member representing Ekiti North I (Ikole/Oye) Federal Constituency. I sincerely appreciate the professional relationship, guidance and opportunities to learn. Hon. Rotimi is the House spokesman and represents Ekiti North I.

My appreciation also goes to the Office of Hon. Unyime Idem, PhD, Member representing Ukanafun/Oruk Anam Federal Constituency. I remain grateful for the kindness, encouragement and professional support. The National Assembly lists Hon. Unyime Idem as representing Ukanafun/Orukanam Federal Constituency.

To Dr. Ahmed Adam Saba Ajiyan Shonga, I cannot thank you enough. I remain deeply humbled by your support, encouragement and goodwill. May Almighty Allah continue to bless you abundantly.

To our respected Minority Leader, Rt. Hon. Fred Agbedi, I remain deeply grateful for the encouragement, goodwill and professional relationship. I remain humble and committed to learning and serving with integrity.

To all my highly esteemed principals, senior colleagues and leaders within the National Assembly, I sincerely appreciate you.

To Kaduna State University, my alma mater, I remain deeply grateful for the intellectual foundation, knowledge, discipline and experiences that continue to influence my professional outlook.

The institution gave me more than academic exposure. It provided an environment that helped shape my understanding of governance, political institutions, leadership, society and the responsibilities that come with public engagement.

I remain proud of the relationships and experiences acquired during my years at the university.

I equally acknowledge and appreciate the Nigerian media industry and the professionals who continue to inform citizens and contribute to public discourse.

My special appreciation goes to NTA, S24 Television Abuja, Premier Newspaper, Arise News, Daily Trust, THISDAY and Pinpoint News, as well as the numerous editors, reporters, correspondents, presenters, publishers, producers and media professionals who have continued to provide platforms for journalism and public communication.

I am particularly grateful to those who have given me platforms, professional guidance, opportunities, visibility and encouragement throughout my journey in journalism, public communication and media development.

Your support means a great deal to me.

To all my highly esteemed principals, bosses, mentors, senior colleagues, friends, associates and well-wishers, I say a heartfelt thank you.

I sincerely appreciate everyone who has contributed to my journey—those who opened doors, those who recommended me, those who trusted me with responsibilities, those who corrected me, those who encouraged me, and those who stood by me when encouragement mattered most.

Every word of advice, every opportunity, every recommendation, every correction and every act of kindness has contributed to the person I am becoming.

Your support has not gone unnoticed, and I remain eternally grateful.

As I begin another chapter of my life, my prayer is that Almighty Allah will make this new year greater, more purposeful, more peaceful and more fruitful than the years behind me.

May Allah grant me wisdom, sound judgment, good health, knowledge, humility, courage, discipline, patience and understanding.

May He open doors that no one can shut and lead me towards opportunities that will positively transform my life and enable me to serve humanity better.

May He connect me with the right people, place me in the right environments, and grant me the wisdom to recognise, appreciate and properly utilise every opportunity that comes my way.

May Allah bless the work of my hands, elevate me to greater levels of responsibility, and grant me the privilege of serving in capacities where my contribution can have greater meaning and impact.

I humbly solicit the continued support, guidance, mentorship, recommendations and opportunities of my principals, bosses, senior colleagues, mentors, friends and associates.

I remain willing to learn, ready to serve and determined to prove worthy of every opportunity entrusted to me. I sincerely hope that the doors of greater professional opportunities, meaningful responsibilities, mentorship and service will continue to open for me.

May Allah grant me the grace to grow without forgetting those who helped me; to succeed without losing humility; to gain influence without losing integrity; and to serve without losing sight of the people and values that brought me this far.

May He protect my family, bless my parents and loved ones, reward everyone who has supported me, and grant my friends, colleagues and associates success in their respective endeavours.

May this new year bring new doors, stronger relationships, greater responsibilities, professional advancement, financial stability, intellectual growth, meaningful connections and opportunities to make a positive difference.

Above all, may Almighty Allah guide my steps, protect me from wrong decisions and harmful associations, grant me a good name, preserve my dignity, increase my faith and make my life a source of benefit to my family, community and nation.

I am grateful for the past, thankful for the present and hopeful for the future.

To everyone who has called, sent a message, prayed for me, celebrated with me or remembered me today, thank you from the depth of my heart.

Happy Birthday to me — Honourable Ibrahim Sani, BSc Political Science.

Alhamdulillah for another year.

May Almighty Allah bless the years ahead with greater wisdom, greater opportunities, greater service, greater impact and lasting fulfilment.

Ameen Ya Rabbil Alameen.
