Greedy Wike And His Abuja Connection (1)

By The Rescue Rivers State Group

This is because a man as notoriously greedy as Wike is now positioning himself to take full control of our dear state, treating it as his personal estate.

Calls have been pouring in from well-meaning, law-abiding indigenes, urging us to rise and safeguard Rivers State from being hijacked once again by Wike and his cronies.

Wike’s political trajectory is well known. He started as a Local Government Chairman, then became Chief of Staff to Governor Rotimi Amaechi, later served as Minister of State for Education, and eventually ruled the state as Governor for eight years.

Despite his constant boast that his administration was the best in Rivers State’s history, we witnessed firsthand the extent of his greed. He leveraged his time in office to amass an alarming number of properties across Port Harcourt and beyond. At last count, Wike owns over 300 prime properties in the city. Many acquired through questionable means.

As concerned citizens, we are actively compiling a comprehensive list of these properties, including their exact locations, to bring them to public attention.

We are also aware that some of these assets were acquired through proxies. However, that does not deter us. We have engaged top-tier private investigators, and their findings are already coming in. Soon, the full extent of Wike’s hidden empire will be exposed for all Nigerians to see.

The struggle to rescue Rivers State from the clutches of greed and impunity has begun.
