The Ekiti State Commissioner for Environment and Natural Resources, Erelu Tosin Aluko-Ajisafe, has urged residents to maintain a clean environment to prevent any form of epidemic in the state.
The commissioner made this call during the monthly Environmental Sanitation Exercise, emphasizing that maintaining a high level of hygiene is crucial to keeping the environment free of epidemics.
During her visit to the Post Office area of Ado Ekiti, Erelu Aluko-Ajisafe commended the efforts of the tricycle drivers’ union, who were actively involved in cleaning the median.
