Ekiti Speaker, Aribasoye Decorates Two Newly Promoted Officers Of NSCDC 

It was a moment of joy as the Speaker of Ekiti State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Stephen Adeoye Aribasoye decorated two Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) officers attached to the Ekiti State House of Assembly.

The Speaker while decorating the officers, assisted by the Divisional Officer of Men of Nigeria Police, House of Assembly division, Assistant Superintendent of Police Mrs Oluwatoyin Adeleye, charged the newly promoted officers, Chief Superintendent Fanibi Rotimi and Assistant Superintendent of Corps Ojelade Noah Oluwaseun, to reciprocate the gesture by giving back to the society through effective service delivery and to see their new elevation as a call to service.

Rt. Hon. Adeoye admonished them to make good impacts in Ekiti State House of Assembly which is their  Primary place of Assignment and that they should see their new position as an avenue to contribute their  quotas to the growth of the Civil Defense Corps in the State and Nigeria at large.

The Speaker equally urged the officers to be diligent in their duties saying there is always a day of reckoning, adding that diligent servants would surely stand before kings not before men and they will be rewarded.

Responding, the Divisional Officer of Civil Defence Corps in the Assembly who was promoted from Deputy Superintendent Corps to Chief Superintendent Corps, Fanibi Rotimi who spoke on behalf of other officer,  Mr Noah Oluwaseun who was also promoted from Assistant Inspector of Corps to Superintendent Corps appreciated the speaker for the official decoration and promised that all the officers attached to the Ekiti State House of Assembly will be upright and not shy away from their responsibilities.

The programme had in attendance, the Chairman, House of Assembly Service Commission, Hon. Kayode Fasakin, Clerk of the House, Mr Tola Esan, Executive Secretary, House of Assembly Service Commission, Mr Tolu Afolabi, Pension Officer of Nigeria Security & Civil  Defence Corps, Ekiti State Command, Mr Kayode Agboola, all Police Officers attached to the House of Assembly among others.
