Police Launch Investigation As Two Hollywood Actors Die After Party

According to reliable sources, the incident occurred shortly after the actors and some crew members wrapped up a film shoot. They were said to have gathered for a post-production celebration at a private residence, where they ate rice and drank alcoholic beverages, including wine and calypso.

One of the sources revealed that the movie director, who hosted the gathering, had gone to bed early, but woke up in the early hours of the morning to switch off the generator and connect to public power supply. It was at that point he discovered the lifeless bodies of two actors, while two others were found in critical condition.

A Facebook user identified as Kaito Karisia shared the development online, noting that the two surviving individuals are currently receiving treatment at the Federal Teaching Hospital, Owerri.

The Imo State Police Command has since taken the movie director and three female guests from the party into custody for questioning.

Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Henry Okoye, confirmed the incident. He said the state Commissioner of Police, CP Aboki Danjuma, has ordered a full-scale investigation, including a medical examination on the deceased to determine the actual cause of death.

“The command is aware of the unfortunate case of unnatural death involving two individuals. We can confirm that two persons were confirmed dead and two others are being treated in hospital. The Commissioner of Police has instructed the pathologist to conduct necessary tests, and further action will depend on the outcome of investigations,” ASP Okoye stated.
