Fresh details on the mobilisation of prospective corps members emerged on Monday as the National Youth Service Corps announced that deployment information and call-up letters for the 2025 Batch C exercise are now available.
According to the scheme, the release was confirmed through its official X handle, where it also disclosed that some corps members posted to Lagos and the Federal Capital Territory would undergo their orientation in neighbouring states due to capacity limitations.

In its clarification, the NYSC stated that prospective corps members assigned to Lagos may have their orientation in Ekiti, Kwara, Ondo, Ogun or Osun camps, while those deployed to the FCT could be directed to Kaduna, Niger or Nasarawa camps.
The scheme admitted that camp facilities across the country can only accommodate about 40 per cent of all registered prospective corps members for the incoming orientation programme.
The Corps also issued a safety advisory, urging all participants to avoid night travel while heading to their assigned camps.
Further reminders from the NYSC emphasised the need for prospective corps members to print, sign and bring along all required documents, as these will be submitted during registration at the camps.
Last week’s update from the scheme confirmed that call-up numbers for the 2025 Batch C Stream had already been generated and made available to registered participants.
Online registration, which opened on November 4, was scheduled to close on November 9 for both home-trained and foreign-trained graduates.
The mobilisation timetable also indicated that physical verification for foreign-trained graduates would take place between November 9 and 13, while ICT processing was fixed for November 12 to 15.
Corps-producing institutions, the NYSC added, are expected to coordinate the online printing and physical distribution of deployment and call-up letters from November 16 to 18, during which prospective corps members must print their letters.
