The Commissioner of Police, Ekiti State Command, CP JOSEPH ERIBO, on behalf of all the Officers of the Command, felicitates with the residents and the good people of Ekiti State, especially the Christian faithful on the occasion of the 2025 Easter celebration as they commemorate the crucification, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
The Commissioner, in view of this celebration, has directed all the Area Commanders, DPOs, Tactical and Intelligence Units Commanders to ensure the deployment of adequate Operatives to all the strategic points across the State to forestall any form of breach of peace.
The CP has therefore, assured everyone of adequate security before, during and after the Easter celebration as enough Operatives have been deployed across the State.
The CP appreciates the citizens for their support so far, while calling on them to continue to cooperate with the Police and other security agencies by providing timely information that would help in the detection and prevention of crime.
He assures everyone that the Command will continue to do all within its powers to provide safety and security to all and sundry, while once again wishing everyone achappy Easter celebrations.
