President Bola Tinubu will return to Abuja on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, after concluding his work vacation in Europe.
His Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, confirmed this in a statement on Monday.
“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has concluded his work vacation ahead of schedule and will return to Abuja on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, to resume official duties,” Onanuga said.
Tinubu had departed Nigeria on September 4 for France to spend part of his annual holiday, with an initial plan to divide the period between France and the United Kingdom (UK).
During his stay in Paris last week, the President held a private luncheon with French President Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace, where both leaders discussed areas of bilateral cooperation and agreed to strengthen ties for mutual prosperity and global stability.
