The former House of Representatives member and the frontier of a political group known as “Nitori ojo ola wa for BAO”, Hon. Bimbo Daramola, popularly referred to as Congressman, congratulated Senator Olubunmi Adetunbi on his appointment as Chairman, South West Development Commission.
Recall that the name of the former Senator was among the list of nominees for board members sent to the Senate by President Bola Tinubu which was read by the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio on the floor of the house on Thursday.
Congressman, in his congratulatory message to Adetunbi by his Media Aide, Oluwaseyi Akinluyi, noted that the former Senator has been one of the proud sons of Ekiti, who will undoubtedly bring to bear his wealth of experience in his new capacity.
Adding that Adetunbi who hails from Ifaki Ekiti in Ekiti North Senatorial District of Ekiti State, has always been a very good ambassador of the State, and that be believes that he would further use his new position to better the lives of Ekiti people in particular and South Westerners in general.
Hon. Bimbo Daramola therefore urged that the same love and support being given to His Excellency, Governor Biodun Oyebanji should also be extended to Senator Olubunmi Adetunbi for him to succeed in his new assignment for future purposes, “Nitori Ojo Ola Wa”.
