President Bola Tinubu has again condoled with families affected by recent terrorist attacks across several northern states, assuring citizens that his administration remains fully committed to defeating violent criminals.
In a statement issued Wednesday, the President expressed deep sympathy for those who lost loved ones in the recent assaults on soft targets in Kebbi, Borno, Zamfara, Niger, Yobe and Kwara States.

He also paid homage to military personnel killed in action, including Brigadier-General Musa Uba, describing their sacrifice as a reminder of the nation’s collective resolve to prevail over insecurity.
Tinubu warned that those challenging the authority of the Nigerian state must not mistake government restraint for weakness, stressing that his administration possesses the “courage and determination” required to safeguard the country.
The President urged citizens to stay united, reject fear and despair, and defend the nation’s shared values in the face of worsening attacks.
He appealed to Nigerians to remain calm and vigilant, report suspicious movements, and cooperate with security agencies as operations intensify across affected regions.
“We are in this fight together, and together we shall win,” the statement added.
