Nigerian entrepreneur and socialite, Chioma Goodhair, has revealed how she played a role in convincing Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo to support her daughter Priscilla’s relationship with Tanzanian music star, Juma Jux.
In a heartfelt social media post, Chioma recalled that while Iyabo Ojo had always supported her daughter’s decisions, she initially had reservations about the relationship — a reaction she said was expected from a protective mother.
“It was one thing encouraging @its.priscy and @juma_jux on their love-at-first-sight journey, but it was a whole different thing convincing Queen Mother to allow a big-time Tanzanian artist date her only daughter and prized possession, Priscy,” Chioma wrote.
She added that at the time, neither she nor Iyabo had any ties to Tanzania, making the idea of the cross-border relationship seem distant and uncertain.
Chioma also shared her excitement about the couple’s wedding, which took place on April 19, 2025, describing Priscilla and Juma Jux as “the best and most stress-free couple.”
“Congratulations to the best and most stress-free couple ever @juma_jux & @its.priscy. You made everything soooo easy and sooo smooth! I love you both dearly,” she wrote, posting a video from the wedding ceremony.
She wished the newlyweds a blissful future, saying, “You deserve all the love and attention from the whole world because you’re God’s very own. Cheers to forever, my loves.”
