The Founder of Yemi Oshe Foundation, Mr. Opeyemi Bamidele Omotoyinbo of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has urged the people of Ado-Ekiti and Ekiti State in general to participate in the ongoing membership e-registration exercise across all wards in Ekiti State as part of efforts to strengthen the party’s grassroots base ahead of future political engagements.
In a statement by his Media team, the renowned philanthropist stressed that the ongoing exercise is open to all Nigerian citizens aged 18 years and above who are interested in joining the APC or formalizing their membership.

“Registration is taking place at all APC ward secretariats across the state”, said he.
The e-registration exercise began on Monday, January 5, and is scheduled to end on January 26, 2026. Party officials have said that the process is designed to be seamless and accessible to eligible citizens at the ward level.
Prospective members are required to present their National Identification Number (NIN) and a valid voter’s card as part of the criteria to complete the registration process.
Omotoyinbo further stated that the initiative aligns with the party’s drive to promote inclusive participation and deepen democratic engagement at the grassroots. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of the exercise to become part of what the party describes as a progressive and transformative political movement.
The registration drive is being carried out under the leadership of the Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, with support from key party stakeholders.
Members of the public seeking additional details have been advised to visit their respective APC ward secretariats for guidance and assistance throughout the registration period.
