“Hon. Ayodele Akinluyi Is A Good Ambassador And Great Achiever” — Oyebanji Remarks             … As LG Boss Executes Over 40 Meaningful Projects

The commendations was made at the commissioning ceremony of Phase 2 projects executed by the Chairman, some of which included; Extension of the numbers of concrete poles (8.33m)0.415kv. 3phase and neutral at Odose, off Uso road, also the renovation of blocks of classrooms at Ise/Orun Secondary School, along Uso road Odose as well as the construction of Basic Health Center at Olorunsogo, Oraye, Ise – Ekiti.  

The Governor who was represented by the Special Adviser on project monitoring, Hon. Femi Ajayi described the chairman as a good ambassador of Ise/orun people and a great achiever.   

Oyebanji noted that the local government boss and his team has performed excellently well in executing projects that will improve the standard of living of the people of the local government compared to other local Governments visited in Ekiti state.     

In his address, the Chairman, Hon Akinluyi appreciated the Governor for prompt release of funds and creating enabling environment for the local government which prompted him to execute the legacy projects.           

Akinluyi also said the local government was created to develop the villages and towns within the local areas, which according to him, his administration has demonstrated by executing over 40 developmental projects to better the lot of people and also boost the IGR of the local government.  

The outgoing Chairman explained that he was able to key-in into the 6-pillar of Mr governor developmental agenda and replicated such across the length and breadth of the local government. He remarked that he patronised the local content and engaged direct labour to improve the economy of his people.

While acknowledging the career officers, political office holders and the good people of Ise/orun for their unalloyed support for him throughout his two-year tenure in office, Akinluyi enjoined them all to do same for the incoming chairman. 

In attendance were Traditional Rulers, Chiefs, Member House of Representatives, AVM Rufus Ojuawo, Commissioner for Wealth Creation and Employment, Hon. Kayode Fasae, Special Adviser on Rural Mobilisation (Hon) Mrs Oluremi Ajayi and Head of Local Government Administration, Mr Olusesan Aina among others.
