Ekiti CP Orders Total Clampdown On Vehicles, Motorcycles Without Plate Numbers, With Tinted Glasses, Others

The CP explained that the clampdown on Vehicles/Motorcycles without plate numbers as well as vehicles with tinted glasses and unauthorized covered plate numbers became necessary as they do not only contravene the Road Traffic Acts but has also been discovered to have been used by hoodlums to attack and rob innocent citizens in recent times.

The Commissioner, while calling on everyone to be law abiding, implores citizens to get their vehicles/motorcycles registered properly, fix their plate numbers and have all necessary documents handy before plying the roads or risk being arrested and prosecution
