Ekiti ALGON Passes Vote Of Confidence In Gov. Oyebanji

The vote of confidence was made known in a statement signed by the ALGON Chairman, the Ekiti East LG Chairman, Hon. Oluwasegun Ojo who confirmed assessment of the Governor’s performance since inception on behalf of other Council Chairmen as excellent.

The statement reads that, the  Vote of confidence was passed due to the exceptional leadership, profound commitment to the well being of Ekiti citizens which has chartered a clear vision for the future of Ekiti State within a short time.

The statement equally confirmed how the Governor has kept faith with the 6 pillars of his administration, witnessing significant advancements in infrastructure, healthcare, agriculture, education  alongside the steadfast dedication to economic development and social justice.

In a related development, while fielding questions from journalists, the ALGON Chairman commended the Governor on his inclusive policies and innovative initiatives that have laid solid foundation for long-term prosperity and brighter future. He commended his method of handling the LGA and LCDAs affairs beyond the shores of Ekiti State.

In her remarks ,the ALGON Secretary, Igbara -Odo/Ogotun-Ekiti Chairman Hon.Bukola Olowolaju affirmed the achievements of the Governor which according to her is evident everywhere, that made her moved the motion of supporting him for the second term.

She explained that the Governor has touched brilliantly all aspects of the 6 point agenda for inclusive governance, noting that he never touched the LG funds even before the recent Court verdict on LG autonomy.

The ALGON Secretary referred to him as one of the three Governors in Nigeria that supports the LG Autonomy.

While speaking, the ALGON Treasurer, Ikole West Chairman Hon. Mosunmola Adeyemo and Ado Central Chairman Hon. Toyin Ojo  commended the sterling virtues of the Governor which made them to adopt him for the second term.

They all solicited support and offered prayers for him for more success in  all his endeavours.
