Authorities of the Bamidele Olumilua University of Education, Science and Technology, Ikere-Ekiti have felicitated the new Governor of Ekiti State and Visitor to the University, Mr. Biodun Oyebanji and his Deputy, Chief (Mrs) Monisade Afuye on their assumption of office.
In a congratulatory message signed on behalf of the University, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Olufemi Adeoluwa described their assumption of office as the
dawn of a new era of purposeful leadership and people-oriented governance. He remarked that Gov. Oyebanji’s emergence was divinely ordained and an opportunity to re-enact his proven pedigree of resilience, selfless service , resourcefulness and dogged commitment to the “Ekiti Project” in order to take the State to greater heights of transformative development and global reckoning.
Prof. Adeoluwa prayed God to grant him wisdom, courage and grace to steer the ship safely ashore.
