The indigenes of Efon-Alaaye, home and abroad will on Saturday, 26th August, 2023 converge at the country home, EfonAlaaye, in Efon Local Government Area of Ekiti State to launch the first tranche of one billion naira Efon Alaaye Strategic Development Fund.
The event which would be the grand finale of a week long “Efon Alaaye 2023 Day”, will take place at the CAC Grammar School ground, Efon Alaaye.
Statement by the President General, Efon Alaaye Development League, Mr Olabode Fagbemiro, says the Governor of Ekiti State, Mr. Biodun Oyebanji, will be a Special Guest, while His Royal Majesty, Dr. Emmanuel Aladejare, is the Royal Father of the day. The Guest Speaker for the day is Araba of Osogbo, Chief Ifayemi Elebuibon.
Highlights of the week-long events include, intellectual banquet, cultural exhibition, medical outreaches, beauty pageant and sports.
