2023 Census: NPC Officials Meet CJN For Collaboration

Ahead of the forthcoming 2023 Population and Housing Census, the Digital Chairman of National Population Commission, Hon. Nasir Isa Kwarra,  alongside the Honourable Federal Commissioners, Director-General and the Management Staff of the Commission have paid a working visit to the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Hon. Justice Olukayode Ariwoola, in his office at the Nigeria Supreme Court Complex, Abuja.

The visit was said to be part of the Commission’s strategic engagements with key stakeholders to ensure successful conduct of the first digital and green Census in Nigeria as the discussion focused on how the Commission would collaborate with the Judiciary for the 2023 Census especially, regarding setting up Census Tribunal to handle issues that may arise from the exercise and assigning Magistrates to administer Oath of Secrecy on the 2023 Census Functionaries.
