BOUESTI Pioneer VC, Professor Adeoluwa Bows Out Gloriously, Commissions Projects To Mark Exit

The projects executed at the University Demonstration Secondary School, Water Factory and the University Guest House, were funded through internally generated revenue (IGR) and are aimed at enhancing students’ learning environment and excellent service delivery while strengthening the University’s revenue base.

Speaking at the commissioning ceremony, Professor Adeoluwa  charged members of the University community to uphold high ethical standards in the discharge of their duties. He commended staff across various departments for their dedication and strong work ethic, describing their commitment as instrumental to the rapid growth and development of the institution.

The former Vice-Chancellor expressed satisfaction with the overall progress recorded during his administration, while noting that the University’s water production outfit requires prompt attention to ensure its optimal operation and sustainability.

In his welcome address, the Chairman, Board of Directors, BOUESTI Multi-BIZ Enterprise Limited, Professor Joseph Ekiran, highlighted the business-oriented vision of Professor Adeoluwa, which he said translated into consistent institutional support that made the renovation of five rooms at the University Guest House and the procurement of delivery vans possible.

Professor Ekiran eulogised Professor Adeoluwa’s mentorship and commitment to promoting indigenous enterprise, stressing that the newly acquired delivery vans would significantly enhance service delivery, expand market reach and strengthen customer relations across all service routes.

He added that the renovated Guest House underscores the University’s commitment to the comfort and welfare of its guests, partners and members of staff, while reinforcing BOUESTI’s image as a forward-looking and service-driven institution.
