Another Garland For Ekiti Ohanaeze  President-General, Alex Ndubuisi … As Abuja-Based NGO Fetes Him With Leadership Excellence Award

Ndubuisi, a man that could be described as having paid his dues in the pantheon of leadership  and one that has infused Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Ekiti State chapter, with the needed poise and fresh blood was this time adorned with the diadem of ” Excellence In Leadership”, award by an Abuja-based  Non-Governmental Organization, NGO, the Coalition Of Civil Society Of Nigeria, led by its national President, Elder Ugwu Eze, who was accompanied by other members of the body.

The Ohanaeze top-brass, a Catholic faithful, and a member of the Knight Of Saint John’s International, KSJI , was conferred the award in his office complex, Ado-Ekiti, by Elder Eze, who underscored the fact that High Chief Ndubuisi was adjudged by the NGO as one the best presidents-General both  at home and in the diaspora considering his commendable approach in piloting the affairs of the socio-cultural organization which its tentacles spread across the globe.

The NGO head described the Ohanaeze chief as one who personifies an administrator par excellence. He enjoined him to continue to steer the affairs of Ohanaeze  Ndigbo without being distracted by criticisms from any quarters.

Elder Eze said the NGO has its members in every state in Nigeria and outside the country who are saddled with the duty of monitoring the goings-on in the society with special focus on those in leadership positions in both government and non- government bodies so that their roles can be weighed up in consonance with the wellbeing of the citizens  and other areas of human affairs. According to him,”it was in our tours we learnt of the existence of this socio-cultural organization in Ekiti, and took time to beam our searchlight on High Chief Ndubuisi and his leadership style right from his first tenure. Our evaluation of him,convinced us that he is someone who deserves our recognition”.

Responding,the President-General,High Chief Alex Ndubuisi, appreciated Elder Eze and the management of the NGO for deeming him eligible for the honour bestowed on him. He said since 2018 he took over the reins of Leadership of Ohanaeze Ndigbo,Ekiti State chapter for his first tenure, he did not know that the  organization placed its radar on him, assessing his performance. This,he stressed climaxed in an award he never dreamt about.

Ndubuisi assured the NGO delegation that he will continue to chart the appropriate routes that  will take the Ohanaeze ship to its destination.
