The Federal College of Education, FCE, Ilawe-Ekiti, has concluded arrangements for the matriculation of newly admitted students into the Nigeria Certificate in Education, NCE I, programme for the 2025/2026 academic session.
The ceremony will hold on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at the College Auditorium, according to a statement signed by Temilola Mercy Ajide of the Protocol, Information and Public Relations Unit.
The Acting Provost, Dr. Abdulmumin Isah, will deliver an address to the matriculating students, while the Registrar, Dr. Khadijah Wuraola Garba, will administer the matriculation oath. The event will formally induct the students into the academic community.
The statement said the newly admitted students have been enrolled across six departments under three schools: the School of Education, Early Childhood Care and Primary Education; the School of Languages, Arts and Social Sciences; and the School of Sciences, Vocational and Technical Education.
FCE Ilawe-Ekiti also operates specialized directorates to enhance practical training and overall academic development, the statement added.
All matriculating students and their guests are expected to be seated by 9:00 a.m. prompt.
