Former U.S. President Barack Obama has congratulated rapper Playboi Carti on the success of his latest album, I Am Music.
In a message shared by Carti on Instagram, Obama revealed that he and his wife, Michelle, are big fans of the album.
The former President even mentioned that Michelle dances to the track TRIM every morning.
“Playboi! Loving the album, congratulations. Michelle dances to TRIM every morning, we’re big fans,” Obama wrote.
Meanwhile, Kanye West has criticized Carti for featuring Kendrick Lamar on the album, claiming Lamar was unnecessary. Carti responded bluntly via Instagram, writing, “Ye, STFU (shut the fck up).”*
