He lauded Governor Oyebanji’s worker-friendly policies, noting that the administration has, over the past two years, made significant strides in improving the lives of citizens through impactful policies and programmes.

Budget of Sustainable Impact

Highlighting the government’s vision for 2025, Olatunbosun stated that the N375.7 billion budget tagged “Budget of Sustainable Impact” would bring transformative developments across all sectors and position Ekiti as a leader among Nigerian states.

Improved Communication and Advocacy

The commissioner charged Information Officers attached to Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) to enhance their reportage of government activities, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of information to the public.

“The Ministry’s activities will focus more on fieldwork this year as the government is determined to deliver more dividends of democracy to the people. It is our responsibility to properly inform the public about the government’s policies, programmes, and activities, fostering clarity and understanding,” Olatunbosun stated.

He also called for loyalty and commitment from public servants, assuring them that their welfare is a top priority under the current administration.

Appreciation for Governor Oyebanji

In his remarks, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Information, Olusesan Alabi, commended Governor Oyebanji for his people-oriented programmes and dedication to the shared prosperity agenda.

The new salary structure, coupled with the administration’s commitment to sustainable development, reflects Governor Oyebanji’s focus on enhancing the welfare of workers and delivering meaningful impact to the people of Ekiti State.
