Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has participated in the ongoing local government elections, casting his vote at Unit 9, Sagba Abogunde Ward 2, Ede North Local Government Area, around 7:56 am.
Arriving at the polling unit with his supporters and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) members, Adeleke praised the Osun State Independent Electoral Commission (OSIEC) for ensuring a smooth electoral process.
The governor encouraged residents to vote without fear and called on all political stakeholders to maintain peace during and after the exercise.
Expressing confidence in his party’s victory, Adeleke reassured voters: “I urge everyone to come out and vote. The election will be peaceful.”
