Fed Poly Ado-Ekiti Set To Matriculate Over 4,000 Students For 2024/2025 Academic Session 

The Ceremony follows the Orientation Programme held last week Tuesday 26th and Thursday 28th March, 2025 at both main and satellite campuses of the Institution where the students were formally informed about the rules and regulations of the great citadel of learning.

Statement made available to journalists by the Head, PIPR of the Institution, Mr. Kayode Adebusuyi, says the Rector of the Polytechnic, Engr. Dr. Temitope John Alake will be addressing the newly admitted students during the ceremony as the Registrar of the Institution, Mrs. Folasade Akintola is expected to administer the matriculation oath to the students at the ceremony which promises to be colourful.

The fresh HND 1 and ND 1 students were admitted into the various Schools of the Institution comprising thirty l-six (36) Departments and various options at the HND level spanning five (5) schools which are: School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology, School of Business Studies, School of Engineering Technology, School of Environmental Studies, School of Science and Computer Studies and the Continuing Education Centre (CEC).

The Polytechnic also has some specialized Directorates, which contributes to the practical training of the students such as the Obasanjo Centre for Engineering Innovations (OOCEI), a copy Engineering Centre saddled with innovating, designing and fabricating engineering equipment which also offers on the job skill training for staff and students as part of its mandate.

All matriculants and their guest are expected to be seated at the Polytechnic Sports Complex by 9.30am prompt for the brief academic ceremony.
