
The Chairman of Ekiti State Environmental Protection Agency (EKSEPA), Chief Bamitale Oguntoyinbo has condoled with the Deputy Governor of Ekiti state, Chief Monisade Afuye over the death of her mother, Olori Esther Adegboye.
Oguntoyinbo expressed his condolences in a statement issued on Thursday in Oye-Ekiti.
He described Madam Adegboye as a loving and caring mother whose spirit of generosity inspired many women, residents and Indigenes of Ikere-Ekiti.
” On behalf of my family and board members of Ekiti Environmental Protection Agency, I want to sympathise with you for the sudden death of your mother, Madam Esther Adegboye.
” She was a selfless, honest and generous woman who usually aspired to impact lives of people positively.
“Her contributions to the life of mankind, especially to those people who were closer to her, will forever be remember for her kindness and generosity.
” To my amiable deputy governor, Mrs Monisade Afuye, I share with you, your siblings and the people of Ikere-Ekiti this period of grief and sorrow.
“The demise of your late mother must have been devastating and shocking but I want to urge you to thank God for the grace given to her to clock 97 years.
” I believe the vacuum created by her death will be difficult to fill but I pray that God will give you and your siblings the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss of your beloved mother.
” I therefore join indigenes of Ikere-Ekiti, friends and political associates to express my condolences and sympathy over your mother’s death,” the statement read.
Olori Esther Adegboye died at the early hours of Tuesday at 97 years old.
