Dangote Refinery Cuts Petrol Price to ₦820 Per Litre

In a statement on Tuesday, Chief Branding and Communications Officer, Mr. Anthony Chiejina, said the new price took effect from August 12, 2025.

He described the move as part of the refinery’s commitment to national development and assured Nigerians of steady and uninterrupted fuel supply.

The statement also announced that the company will, from August 15, begin phased deployment of 4,000 Compressed Natural Gas (CNG)-powered trucks to distribute petroleum products nationwide.

Chiejina said the initiative was in line with the refinery’s focus on operational efficiency and sustainable energy solutions.
