Court Remands Yahaya Bello in EFCC Custody till Dec 10

Justice Maryanne Anenih issued the directive on Wednesday, stating that Bello, along with Umar Oricha and Abdulsalami Hudu, should remain in EFCC custody until December 10, when the court will rule on their bail applications.

The EFCC had earlier arraigned Bello and his co-defendants on a 16-count charge, including allegations of criminal breach of trust involving N110.4 billion. All three pleaded not guilty to the charges.

During the proceedings, the court heard arguments from the legal representatives of both parties regarding the bail requests submitted on behalf of the defendants.
