The founder of Yemi Oshe Foundation, Mr. Opeyemi Bamidele Omotoyinbo, has appealed to the people of Ekiti State in general to be security conscious even in the face of economic hardship.
The founder made the appeal on Wednesday in a statement made available to journalists by his Media Director, Oluwaseyi Akinluyi, popularly known as Omo Akin in Ado-Ekiti, the State capital.
Omotoyinbo who noted that the current economic hardship in the land has forced many people particularly the common masses to engage in some other activities just to make ends meet, urged them to ensure that whatever they are engaging themselves in for economic reasons should be legimate.
According to the statement, “Truly, times are hard. We don’t have to deceive ourselves. But while trying to involve yourselves in some other activities for economic reasons, I encourage you to engage in something legit and be security conscious by not going to isolated areas alone in the name of struggling for survival “.
He however assured his people that he would continue to do everything within his purview to support them, adding that this time shall surely passed.
