In a bold move, Otunba Oluwadare Owolabi, popularly known as Ìràwò Òwúrò, has thrown his hat into the ring, pledging to tackle pressing issues plaguing his district.
According to him, “I have watched our district with deep pride in our rich culture, intelligence, and resilience,” he said. But alongside this pride, he acknowledged challenges like rising youth unemployment, inadequate federal presence, crumbling infrastructure, weakened representation, and a lack of fearless voices in Abuja.

“This is the leadership I bring to the table,” Owolabi declared. “Clear direction, strong representation, and purposeful leadership that delivers real results for our people.”
His statement resonates with growing calls for transformative leadership across the district.
Supporters see him as a breath of fresh air, while critics await his roadmap. The stage is set for a fiery contest.
