My Achievements Contributed To My Reelection — Hon. Femi Akindele … Commends INEC Effort

A member of the State House of Assembly, representing Irepodun/Ifelodun Constituency 1, in Irepodun/Ifelodun Local Government Area of Ekiti State, Honourable Femi Akindele, who was re-elected for the second term in the just concluded State House of Assembly election in the State said his achievements in his constituency contributed to his re-election

Honourable Akindele, stated this while speaking with Journalists in his home town, Igede-Ekiti over the weekend as he explained that he has been found to be outstanding in the last three years to the extent that he was given a national award to that effect.

“That means I have represented my people very well. In terms, of giving back, even though, the era of constituency projects are gone, I can tell you and you can as well verify that, I have facilitated so many projects in my constituency.

“There’s no secondary school that I have not facilitated a project to and I can also tell you that , I have facilitated projects to all the primary schools in my constituency,

“In terms of other infrastructure, I built an health centre in Odo-Iro which is part of my constituency. Just as I have maintained all the bore holes in my constituency. I ensue that they are functioning and several other things”

Speaking on the conduct of the election that qualified him for the second term, Akindele was of the opinion that INEC officials be commended for punctuality, proactiveness and their general conducts towards the success of the election.

“The reports I garnered from all polling units attested to the fact that they all got there on time and that there was no issue of malfunctioning of BVAS.

Now that he has been reelected for the second term, honourable Femi Akindele said his constituents should expect nothing but the best from him. Adding that when you are sent an errand and you have given your best, you should be able to put in more of your best again. The reelected honourable concluded.
