Leadership isn’t learned but inspiring. One with the will to go is best suited to be sent on a mission. Also, in politics, particularly parliamentary politics, where good representation for the people is needed, there is equally a similar quest for an effective, efficient and visionary representation. Indeed in politics, the need to have people of virtue, with the quality of honesty and strong moral principles, to go as the representatives of the people at the assembly, where laws that would shape the people’s future are going to be made, is key.
It is in the pusuit for the fulfilment of such democratically decent desires, that the need to reawaken the political conscience of the people of Katsina North senatorial district arose. While in Kastina State politics, Katsina North/Daura Zone is one of the most significant Emirate that plays the pivotal role, with the votes that decide on who becomes the Governor. Daura Zone deserve better representation in the next political dispensation and the best person to lead constituents to Stardom is Senator Ahmad Babba Kaita, simply because he’ll be a third termer on the floor of the Senate and well posited to the 10th President of the Senate of federal republic of Nigeria. That is why the political consciousness of the people needs to be called to duty, by alerting them on the imperative of voting for integrity, and in doing so, make them see the significance of casting their votes for the best personality with astute political pedigree, visionary principles, tenacity of purpose, discipline of the mind and above all the fear of God and love for humanity. Here, I am selling the candidacy of distinguished Senator Ahmad Babba Kaita of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP)
It may interest the reader to know that Senator Ahmad Babba Kaita is known for honour, honesty and rectitude. He is a PDP Stalwart and one that has been uncompromisingly loyal and supportive to the course of its championship.
Despite the multiple challenges of political exclusion in his former party APC, including the allegation of segregation, or denying some members the right to fair and legitimate participation in the affairs of the party at the state level, Kaita speak truth to power without any fear of intimidation. His love and support for the Common Man is unmatched.
For a visionary leadership, accountable representation and a befitting mandate, getting people like Senator Ahmad Babba Kaita in the Red Chamber should be seen as a priority, I think. And precisely that is why I see the merit of selling, and sending Kaita back to the Red Chamber of the National Assembly in Katsina North senatorial district, as a task that ought to be taken seriously, not just by the people of Daura Zone, but also by all the great advocates of the change mantra.
