The Federation of Muslim Women’s Associations of Nigeria (FOMWAN), Ekiti State Chapter, has congratulated Dr. Habibat Adubiaro, Secretary to the Ekiti State Government, on her recent elevation to the rank of Professor of Chemistry at the Federal University, Oye-Ekiti.
