President Bola Tinubu has concluded his visit to Saudi Arabia, where he performed the Umrah pilgrimage and joined members of his delegation in prayers inside the Holy Kaaba in Makkah.
The President announced the end of the visit on Monday through a post on his X account, following his departure from Abuja last Thursday.

Tinubu said he and members of his delegation were granted the rare privilege of entering the Holy Kaaba to pray, in addition to performing the Umrah pilgrimage.
He expressed appreciation to Saudi Arabia’s King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman for granting the delegation the opportunity and extending hospitality to them during the visit.
The President said the visit reflected the longstanding ties of faith and friendship between Nigeria and Saudi Arabia.
Tinubu also disclosed that he used the opportunity to pray for peace, unity and prosperity in Nigeria, as well as the wellbeing of its citizens.
The President travelled to Saudi Arabia with some state governors, members of the business community and cabinet ministers.
Umrah is an Islamic pilgrimage to Makkah that can be performed at any time of the year, unlike the annual Hajj, which takes place during a specific period of the Islamic calendar.
