The Apostle David-Adesua Ministry (ADAM), CAC Reg. No: RN8416280, has officially launched the Apostle David-Adesua Leadership Gym (ADALG), daily leadership development platform designed to raise leaders of character, competence, and courage for Nigeria.
ADALG is not a one-time seminar. It is structured as a gym where participants train daily.
Beginning 1st August 2026, members will receive one brief, practical leadership lesson every day via digital platforms. Each 2-minute lesson will cover four core pillars: Leadership, Governance, Communication, and Service. The content is designed to be simple, actionable, and copy-paste ready for immediate application in homes, churches, businesses, communities, and government.

Speaking on the vision, Founder of ADAM and ADALG, Apostle Ayodele David-Adesua said: “Leadership is not about sitting on a throne. It is about bending down to lift others up. If you want to lead a nation, first serve your street.”
Apostle Ayodele David-Adesua is a graduate of Lagos State University with a BSc in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. He holds a Master’s degree in Policy Analysis from the University of Abuja and is a Certified Conflict and Peace Resolution Manager.
He is the President and MD/CEO of ADAM and CODED SUITES LTD, and other established organizations focused on leadership, service, and enterprise development.
ADALG is open to anyone who desires to grow in leadership in their home, church, community, workplace, and nation. The platform emphasizes discipline over convenience and growth over excuses.
