The Chairman, Parent Teacher Association in Ekiti State, Elder Adeusi Adesoji Pius, has commended the Ekiti State Governor, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji for feathering the wings of the government policies on qualitative education in the State especially by elevating the position and standard of primary school teachers from grade level 15 to 16 in the State.
Speaking with journalists on behalf of other executive members of the association in his office in Ado-Ekiti, the chairman said Oyebanji’s giant strides in education sector is not surprising, adding that the natural developmental instinct embedded in him generally has prompted his good desire to continue to improve on the quality of education and the well-being of teachers and students in the State.
Elder Adeusi reechoed the importance of education as he described it as the best legacy that can be given to any human being saying the efforts of the present administration really show that Governor Oyebanji is leaving his footprints for succeeding generations in education sector of the State.
The Chairman emphasized that members of the Parent Teacher Association “NAPTAN” in Ekiti shall continue to pray and support the Governor’s policies that will make education more qualitative and accessible.
