Otunba Oluwadare Owolabi (ÌRÀWÒ ÒWÚRÒ), aspirant for the Ekiti North Senate 2027, has dismissed as baseless and mischievous claims of his withdrawal from the contest.
In a statement, Otunba Oluwadare Owolabi described the claims as “a fabrication, a dream taken too far from a distant sleep,” reaffirming his active participation in the race.
“We are firmly in the race, driven by a resolute mission to liberate and reposition our people,” he said, warning against attempts to manipulate the process through “backdoor arrangements” or spread false narratives.
The aspirant emphasized the need for a “free, fair, and well-conducted primary election devoid of any form of racketeering,” urging supporters to remain steadfast.
“This aspiration is not about me, but about the collective future of our people. We are fully prepared to go to the polls,” he said.
